An explosive circuit in three movements.

  1. The rotational swing

    Torso rotation, water following and unbalancing: hip power and obliques. 5 × 8 per side.

  2. The clean-and-jerk

    From the floor to the shoulder, then overhead: total explosiveness. 5 × 5.

  3. The ground throw

    Lift, throw, pick up, repeat: stress relief and conditioning. 4 × 30 seconds.
