The product
A dumbbell is a dead, fixed mass. Water moves, resists and forces you to stabilise on every rep — more core, more grip, fewer jolts on the joints. And it adjusts litre by litre, then stores away when you're not training.

No. The bag is handheld: no stand, no mounting, no ceiling to reinforce. One clear square metre is enough to swing, clean and lift safely.

Order & shipping
With a regular garden hose or a shower head: filled in a few minutes, drained through the same valve. Empty, the bag rolls up and stores in a cupboard.
